Previously, the focus of training programs was primarily on further developing technical knowledge and skills. This situation changed with the introduction of the FIT program. Developed by Ludens, the program focuses on personal and leadership development.
Because the best technician is not always the best manager, Mammoet decided that a new MD program was needed. Ludens has been providing this international MD program, the participants of which come from all over the world, for several years now.
It takes a large number of experienced professionals to keep a world as complex and multifaceted as Amsterdam Airport Schiphol turning. Schiphol therefore employs various specialists. Ludens has been providing the Professional Development Program for these specialists since 2011.
Vitens employs over 1,400 people to extract, purify, and supply potable water in the Netherlands. The Vitens traineeship starts each year in September. Ludens provides the training courses of this program.
