As project coordinator, I am responsible for planning and organising the programmes we deliver. From this central role, as a spider in the web, it makes me very happy when I can ensure, together with my colleagues, that everything runs smoothly.
Who am I and what drives me?
I find it important to seek collaboration, both with our clients and internally with our trainers. Reliability, flexibility and responsibility are important values to me. Customer satisfaction is something I hold in very high regard.
What is my background?
After studying Social Work, I worked for several years in youth care. Fifteen years ago, I made the switch to business services and started working as a project coordinator at a large training agency. Since October, I have been working at Ludens with great enthusiasm. In my free time, I do a lot of sport, enjoy reading and love travelling.
