Who am I and what drives me?
I greatly enjoy advising and guiding companies in the field of training and education. Developing a vision for talent development and management development within organisations is, in my view, of great strategic importance. It gives me a lot of satisfaction when I can contribute to that and, together with the client, build meaningful and successful programmes.
What is my background?
Before founding Ludens in 2008 together with a former colleague, I worked for eight years as a trainer at a medium-sized training agency. Before that, I worked as a commercial manager at a tree care company. That may sound a little strange now, but after studying Horticulture at the agricultural university, it was a logical step. At that company, I more or less accidentally became “tree care course leader” and discovered how much I enjoy working with groups. That was clearly where my talent lay. Now, almost 20 years later, I feel completely at home in my role as director at Ludens. Working with a group of inspired and inspiring professionals on beautiful and complex programmes is wonderful work.
