Trainer / Coach

Who am I and what drives me?

Change processes and the role of leadership have always had my attention and interest. I am fascinated by getting people moving through my person-centred way of working. My working style can be described as non-judgemental and intuitive. Making connections and putting things into perspective. I combine process awareness and working with people with a feet-on-the-ground attitude. I find it important that things are properly integrated and that we check whether participants can genuinely use them. And that has consequences for all layers of the organisation.

What is my background?

After my first study at the Hotelschool, I started working in hospitality and did so for several years. After a while, I realised I did not want to continue my career in that sector and eventually went back to studying. After my second study, business administration, I ended up at Foodstep, where I was able to work as a trainer for various companies. I worked there for six years in total and gained a lot of experience before continuing as a self-employed professional. I came into contact with Ludens three years ago and, from my role, guide various programmes in the field of leadership and talent development.
