Who am I and what drives me?
I love learning and movement: getting people, groups and organisations moving. Since I learned to look systemically, this has gained more depth. Development and movement at a layer beyond skills and tricks. I really enjoy that.
What is my background?
My parents are from Zeeland, I was born in Utrecht and moved to Maastricht: a cocktail of down-to-earthness, directness, flexibility and joie de vivre.
Today, I live with my dear husband, two sons and daughter on the Utrechtse Heuvelrug. I often go into the forest there. I also love cooking, good company and a good book.
I studied Communication Science, worked for corporates such as ABN AMRO, ran a catering company, and became a lecturer and manager in higher education. I increasingly specialised in leadership and personal development. At Ludens, it all comes together: hospitality, didactic skills, leadership, personal development and the dynamics of changing groups of leaders and people. I love it!
