Who am I and what drives me?
As a programme manager, trainer and coach, every day looks different for me. That variety keeps me sharp, and working with people keeps me soft. The common thread is the search for how we can truly unlock the hidden potential in ourselves, groups and organisations. That requires a special form of leadership.
Today’s leaders need to connect with the motivations of their team. Only then can connection arise, from which beautiful things can grow. Being able to make real contact with yourself and your surroundings is an indispensable skill in our time.
What I am good at is helping people and organisations see and experience where their biggest barrier is in that moment, and how they can remove it and feel, and above all know, one layer deeper. I work with the information that is present and with the wisdom of the moment.
What is my background?
I started my career at T-Mobile. From the very beginning, I was able to be part of a new company (Ben), which introduced a new product into a new market with a completely new organisation. Looking back, I now understand what an enormous task we achieved. Above all, I learned a great deal about the development of organisations from 30 to 2,000 employees, and about the effectiveness of people and teams under different circumstances. Most importantly, I experienced what becomes possible when a company has real spirit and inspiration.
When I encountered Transactional Analysis during a coaching programme, I was immediately captivated. Only much later did I start the training at the TA Academy. There I learned the language and words for everything I intuitively already knew so well. My second career began with some coaching, which quickly became team coaching and training. In my current role as programme manager, I combine all my experience to help inspiration flow through organisations again.
