Who I am and what drives me
I really enjoy advising and assisting companies in the area of training and education. I believe that developing a vision regarding talent development and management development within organizations is of major strategic importance. It gives me a great deal of satisfaction to contribute to such a vision and work with the customer to establish constructive and successful processes.
Before teaming up with a former colleague to found Ludens in 2008, I worked for eight years as a trainer at a medium-sized training agency. I was previously a commercial manager at a tree care company. It may seem a bit strange now, but it was a logical step after graduating in horticulture from the agricultural university. At that company, I was coincidentally appointed “tree care instructor” and discovered that I really like working with groups. That was clearly where my talent lay. Now, almost 20 years later, I’m really in my element in my role as director at Ludens. It’s a joy and a privilege to work with a group of passionate and inspiring professionals on attractive and complex programs.
