Bianca Zomerproject coordinator
Who I am and what drives me
As a mother of three daughters who are growing up, organizing things in an environment that is both convivial and frenetic comes naturally to me. I am always very pleased when everything is going smoothly. It is therefore not surprising that I opted for an organizing role also in professional life. As a project coordinator, I make sure that each training program proceeds without a hitch in terms of organization, planning, and communication. If the customer is satisfied, I am satisfied. Good communication with colleagues, customers, trainers, and actors is also very important to me. Each of us contributes in a positive and driven way to make good things happen, and together we create the best possible training programs.
I worked for many years in financial services at a large insurance company. What always appealed to me was the contact with the customer in the context of identifying the situation, expectations, and the solution. I also enjoyed simplifying challenging insurance issues and ensuring that processes ran smoothly. After some time, I wanted to specialize in customer focus and started working as a specialist in customer contact by telephone. I was responsible for implementing quality processes at contact centers and for coaching and training employees in communication skills and behavior. Everything comes together in my role as project coordinator: my experience as a coach and trainer, a multifaceted, independent and dynamic organizing role, and an appealingly creative field. In my free time I like to sing and act, read a good book, and listen to all kinds of music.
